This 30 minute class focuses on core work in both stability and movement. Fire and hit all 4 layers, front, back and side of the body – including those lower, deeper, abs!
Our 45 minute Pilates core based class, is also sprinkled with yoga. We focus on connecting deeply into our core and moving intentionally through class to lengthen, strengthen and build heat throughout the entire body.
Join us for a 55 minute class where you’ll move your body through the fundamentals of Pilates. Modifications offered for those new to Pilates and an increase of range of motion and intensity offered for those looking for a challenge.

This 45 minute strength training class using weights, bands, gliders, and more. Includes circuits of full body exercises, muscle group burnout, and stretching to release tension and improve flexibility.
This 30 minute class aims to tone all the right places. We will help you sculpt and strengthen, taking you through our favorite ab, arm and bootie exercises.
Join us for a 55 minute challenging, dynamic flow yoga class with a focus on postural alignment that combines strength, sweat, and as always, intention.
