Privates are on your time and can utilize any/all of the tools the studio has to offer including the Pilates Matwork, Chair, Cadillac, Reformer, Aerial, TRX, Spinning, Running, Yoga, and more. The sky is the limit! Available to book online or give us a call!

PRIVATE GROUPS
Group sessions available for all modalities in our studio, Anything is possible and rates vary. Custom packages available! Aerial birthday parties are a hit for all ages, we provide the balloons, music, fun & workout! Give us a call or email for available days/times or to set up your custom group session!

This is a small class on signature pilates equipment. A reformer class that will lengthen and strengthen muscles in new challenging ways for a total body workout. It will reform your core movement patterns & techniques. This class will leave your muscles shaking and your mind and body energized.

Being strong is not about how much you can lift, it’s about how well your body can perform daily functions whether it’s hiking, biking, skiing, running or simply just moving. CoreBarre is a full body workout designed to strengthen your upper and lower body with an emphasis on core strength. Think sweat, barre, pilates, and yoga all wrapped into one. Get ready to amp up you heart rate while you strengthen and lengthen to long lean muscles.
Straight-UP CORE burn
CORE work in both stability and movement. Fire and hit all 4 layers, front, back and side of body. (and YES, we will hit those lower, deeper, ABS!)
Total Body Burn
Full-body strength class utilizing bands and weights. If you do not have weights and/or bands do not worry, you will still feel the full body burn!
corePilates (for all levels) Mat
Designed for all levels, using the basic fundamentals of Pilates. Increased range of motion and intensity, with modification always offered.
P.Y.C. (combo of Pilates, Yoga & Core)
This is a pilates core based class sprinkled with yoga postures and sequences. We’ll focus on connecting deeply into our core and moving intentionally through class to lengthen, strengthen and build heat throughout the entire body.
Purepower 20/20 HIIT/Pilates
A 45min full body class including 20min high intensity intervals (low impact modifications always offered) followed by 20min Pilates CORE strength moves and finishing with 5 min of blissful stretches to balance you out. You will leave feeling strong and ready to tackle the rest of your day.

A 1 hour interval training class designed to work with your heart rate to ensure that you use the correct training zone for improvement and performance. The instructor will provide a customized workout with cues to maintain your gait pattern, body alignment, and core connection.
