Challenge your body as you learn the fundamentals of Pilates, the building blocks of all movement. The range of motion and exercise modifications make this class safe but challenging for all levels.


Beginner/Int Pilates Mat

Move your body through the fundamentals of Pilates. Modifications offered for those new to Pilates and an increase of range of motion and intensity offered for those looking for the challenge.


Intermediate Pilates Mat

Designed for people with an understanding of the basic fundamentals of Pilates. Increased range of motion and intensity, with modifications always offered.


corePilates (for all levels) Mat

Designed for all levels, using the basic fundamentals of Pilates.  Increased range of motion and intensity, with modification always offered.


P.Y.C. (combo of Pilates, Yoga & Core)

This is a pilates core based class sprinkled with yoga postures and sequences. We’ll focus on connecting deeply into our core and moving intentionally through class to lengthen, strengthen and build heat throughout the entire body.


Purepower 20/20 HIIT/Pilates

A 45min full body class including 20min high intensity intervals (low impact modifications always offered) followed by 20min Pilates CORE strength moves and finishing with 5 min of blissful stretches to balance you out. You will leave feeling strong and ready to tackle the rest of your day.

This is a small class on signature pilates equipment.  A reformer class that will lengthen and strengthen muscles in new challenging ways for a total body workout.  It will reform your core movement patterns & techniques.  This class will leave your muscles shaking and your mind and body energized.


JumpBoard Reformer

Get your heart pumping with the cardio-infused Pilates Reformer class. Quick paced Intermediate/Advanced class including the jump board with timed intervals vs reps. An amazing cardiovascular workout, with the same core conditioning and toning benefits of a traditional reformer class. Take your reformer workout to a whole new level! Not recommend for beginners.


Tower Reformer

Limited to 4 people, this class utilizes the Reformer Allegro Tower for an amazing head to toe Pilates workout.


30/30 Reformer/Run

:30min of the best Reformer Core moves for running followed by :30min on the treadmill with your choice of walk or run on our INCLINE trainers!

coreBUNGEE is a low impact, resistance training program that provides buoyancy during exercises. 45 minute class that incorporates cardio, core strength, overall muscle strength, balance, and flexibility. The user wears a harness similar to one for climbing. A bungee hanging from the ceiling is attached to the back pick point of the harness. It allows you to jump without the strain. NOT suitable for pregnancy. The bungees are designed per weight class. Please only sign up for your appropriate weight. weight class #2 115-135 lbs & weight class #3 140-200 lbs
