HIIT & RUN
Join us for a 45 minute, high intensity class that combines cardio intervals on the treadmill with floor-based strength-training moves using TRX, BOSU Balls, free weights, and more. HIIT & Run will help you improve both strength and endurance. Whether you’re a walker, jogger, or experienced runner, – all abilities are welcome!
Our 45 minute, dynamic treadmill classes are designed to be taken at your own pace. Awesome playlists, along with speed and incline cueing will make the miles and time fly by. Whether you’re new to running or training for your next marathon or ultra, these group classes will help motivate and inspire you to push past limits or simply free your mind. (SEASONAL)
Work one on one with an instructor or use the treadmill on your own! This 1 hour interval training class is designed to work with your heart rate to ensure that you use the correct training zone for improvement and performance. We provide a customized workout with cues to maintain your gait pattern, body alignment, and proper form.
