Each time I head back to Steamboat I get these little flurries in my belly of excitement. The family at Steamboat Pilates & Fitness, the small town feel and the quietness of cold weather and snowfall.

as well as cultivating tips and methods for my upcoming classes at the studio. With that said, as most of you know I love to share most of what I experience when it comes to Health and Wellness.
I planned a workshop with the intention of sharing 3 Simple Ways to Shift your Mindset in 2019. This includes the physical body and the emotional body. Let’s face it, we need both for a true balance.
